What Are Garlic Granules?

Garlic Granules are made by taking fresh garlic, drying it and then grinding it down to a sand-like texture.

Our Granules are made using high quality garlic straight from California. In fact, California Garlic is known to have some of the best flavor in the world.

The climate for growing garlic in California is seriously ideal for the plant and allows for it to be done in a way that offers the best flavor. Its domestic location allows us ease of access and a generally fresher product due to less traveling and more focus on going from fresh to dried product!

Often Garlic Granules come from farms overseas, but it is the high quality Garlic specifically in California, that we wanted to capture.
