We’re cooking our way through the Trader Joe’s frozen pasta section and amping up the flavor with our Signature Blends.
First up – that iconic and creamy Gnocchi al Gorgonzola paired with our Black & Bleu Cajun blackening blend with real bleu cheese, paprika, garlic, onion, and more; this blend layers the flavor with even more unctuous cheesiness and a kick of Cajun heat.
Black & Bleu Trader Joe’s Gorgonzola Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil – we used Graza Sizzle
- Trader Joe’s Gnocchi al Gorgonzola (in frozen section)
- 2–3 Tbsp Spiceology Black & Bleu blend
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan on the stove (medium heat) and add bag contents.
- Shake in 2-3 tablespoons of Black & Bleu blend and continue to stir.
- Stir for 7-10 minutes or until sauce thickens and it’s heated through. Serve immediately and enjoy!
