Chef Christian takes the concept and elements of a Po’ Boy and cranks up the comfort food cheesy factor by turning the whole dang thing into a Real Good Foods’ chicken nugget-stuffed grilled cheese.

This snack-tastic sando gets a delicious kick from our signature Black Magic Cajun Blackening blend with the perfect amount of herby heat.

Best part? You can pick both the Real Good Foods Chicken Nuggets and our Black Magic via Walmart.

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tbsp of Spiceology Black Magic with hot sauce and sweet chili. Set aside.
  2. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk mayo and remaining 1 tbsp of Spiceology Black Magic and set aside.
  3. In an air fryer, add 1 bag of Real Good Foods Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets and air fry at 390 degrees F for 6 minutes.
  4. While the nuggets are air frying, melt butter over medium-high heat in a large flat skillet.
  5. Coat the outside of your baguette with the Black Magic Mayo. Once the butter melts, place the baguette mayo side down in the skillet and press using a burger press or large spatula.
  6. Layer provolone on the inside of the baguette and lower heat to medium-low and close the grilled cheese. Finish searing on both sides until cheese melts.
  7. Once the nuggets are done, remove them from the air fryer and toss in Black Magic Sweet n’ Hot sauce.
  8. Open the baguette and layer the sliced tomato and nuggets inside the grilled cheese, close, and give it one last sear.
  9. Slice in half, or attempt to eat it whole. Dive into your grilled cheesy treat.
