Black Magic Chicken Queso Sandwich

Ingredients
- 6–8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1–2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Spiceology Black Magic blend
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Pickled jalapeños
- Garlic Aioli
- Queso (homemade or store bought)
Instructions
- Season your chicken thighs with olive oil and Black Magic seasoning, place covered in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Get your toppings ready.
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill your chicken on each side for roughly 3-4 minutes per side, making sure to get a nice char on the chicken.
- Assemble your masterpiece however you like and enjoy this juicy & flavorful chicken!
