Sweet and Tangy,
Introducing Blackberry Balsamic.

With a punch of sweet yet tart blackberry and the deep and rich tanginess of balsamic vinegar, this elevated blend has a complex and versatile flavor profile.

Meet Blackberry Balsamic

Evocative rich and tangy flavors meet blushing berry sweetness in this blend perfect for just sweet and savory dishes.

Flavor Notes:

Blackberry

Succulence in pure berry form. Blackberries are sweet and slightly tart with full-bodied fruitiness when ripe.

Balsamic

Grapes. What can’t they do? Deep and complex, balsamic vinegar is somewhat gloriously hard to define. Rich with sweetness and tang, notes of molasses, chocolate and fig are perfectly balanced with a tart tang and acidity.

Fun fact: According to English folklore, passing under a blackberry branch could heal ailments. And it’s (kinda) true. Blackberries have a very high percentage of vitamin C, daily fiber and antioxidants.

Spiceologist:

Tony Reed,
Director of Innovations

“Everyone loves a good balsamic glaze, and I wanted to create a blend that emulated the amazing flavors of balsamic vinegar, but in a powder form. This blend elevates the balsamic flavor with sweetness from the Blackberry powder. The result is tangy, rich and super versatile”
