Key Flavor Notes:
One Heart
With more than a dozen spice ingredients you immediately get Coriander, Mustard, Cumin, and Ginger, then Fenugreek, known for its medical properties, adds sweet and herbaceous flavor notes. This North African-inspired curry blend is complex with only slight heat.
One Love
With Hemp Hearts, Butter Powder, Brownulated Sugar, Honey Granules, Salt, Cinnamon, Vanilla Powder, Ginger, and Turmeric, you get very warm and rich flavor profiles that are slightly earthy and bitter with a sweet muskiness from the vanilla.
One World
With Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek, Peppercorns, Allspice, Cardamom, Clove, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Salt, Ginger, Coconut Sugar, Garlic, and Onion, you get warm and almost citrusy notes with a well-balanced sweetness up front and mild lingering heat.
Fun fact: We’ll let you in on a secret. Besides spices and herbs (cough cough, these blends), coconut milk is the secret ingredient in most Caribbean dishes!
