You also get a double dose of our Black & Bleu as you mix the blend into the ground chicken and top the tacos with our hot sauce.

Both the spice blend and hot sauce have a dank (in a good way), unctuous, tangy and spicy(ish) flavor profile – you’ll be shaking this stuff on everything.

Black & Bleu Smashed Chicken Tacos

Instructions

  • Mix your ground chicken, onion, Black & Bleu seasoning and hot sauce together. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. 
  • Heat a large pan to medium-high heat. 
  • Take your tortilla and press in your ground chicken mix to one side of the tortilla. 
  • Add some olive oil to your hot pan and place tortillas meat-side down. 
  • Let cook for 4-6 minutes and flip to the tortilla side. Add your cheese to melt and cook for another 2-3 minutes to crisp the tortilla. Repeat until all of your smash tacos are done. 
  • Finish with your coleslaw and devour!
