Serves 4 – 5
Elbow macaroni cooked and drained.
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter.
4 Tablespoons Fryclone French Fry Seasoning.
1.5 cups heavy cream.
8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded.
2 teaspoons kosher salt.
In a medium sauce pan melt the butter over low heat.
Add Fryclone seasoning and stir till blended.
Add cream and bring to a simmer.
Add the cheese and stir until melted.
Add salt and pasta.
