This salmon is super simple. And delicious.
Chef Ryan Wiebe takes some salmon, a little olive oil and our Black Magic Cajun Blackening spice blend to make something amazing in just a few minutes.
People love our Black Magic and it pairs supremely well with salmon with a little bit of cayenne fire, a lot of that spicy-sweet paprika perfection, and a garlic-herb blend.
- 1–2 filets of salmon, whole or diced
- 2 Tbsp Spiceology Black Magic
- Olive oil as needed
- Season your salmon with olive oil then Spiceology Black Magic.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours to marinate.
- Either roast the salmon or pan fry to your liking and use as a topping for salad.
