- 2 oz chopped smoked brisket
- Carolina mustard sauce
- Kansas City BBQ sauce
- dill pickle
- pickled red onion
- Toast slider buns and sauce each side with each bbq sauce.
- Add 2 oz Brisket to bottom slider bun.
- Top brisket with desired amount of pickle and onion.
- Add top bun and serve.
