- To cut your cauliflower into steaks, lightly remove some of the leaves from your head of cauliflower while keeping the stem intact. Cut the cauliflower about an inch from the center and then create a slice about an inch thick to create your steak.
- Once cut, brush with citrus juice and EVOO and then season heavily with Chad White Flavor Hog Blend. Cook on a skillet or grill until you get a nice char on both sides and you can poke a fork through the base of the cauliflower steak.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, mix together sauce ingredients. Remove steaks from heat and drizzle with sauce and enjoy!
