Top each ear with even more of the blend mixed with mayo and green onions and dig in.
Salt Pepper + Sour Cream Onion Grilled Corn

- Fresh ears of corn, as many as you need
- Olive oil, as needed
- 1–2 tbsp per ear, Spiceology X The Grill Dads Salt, Pepper + Sour Cream Onion blend
For the topping:
- Green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp Spiceology X The Grill Dads Salt, Pepper + Sour Cream Onion blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season corn with olive oil and Spiceology X The Grill Dads Salt, Pepper + Sour Cream Onion blend
- Heat your grill to med high heat.
- Place corn on your hot grill, turning every few minutes until some charring is visible.
- While corn is grilling, mix topping ingredients together.
- Once corn is cooked, roughly 5-7 minutes, spoon the topping over and enjoy while it’s warm!
