Apple Cinnamon “Nice” Cream with Graham Cracker Crumble

Ingredients
“Nice” Cream
- 3 apples, peeled and quartered
- 1 13 oz can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Spiceology Apple Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Spiceology Unsalted Caramel
Graham Cracker Crumble
- 2 graham crackers, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons Spiceology Apple Cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat the apples, coconut milk, Spiceology Apple Cinnamon and Unsalted Caramel in a pot. Don’t boil, but make sure the blends have dissolved.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Pour into ice cube molds and freeze overnight.
- In the meantime, make the crumble by mixing the crumbled graham crackers, melted butter and Spiceology Apple Cinnamon and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
- Once the “nice” cream mixture is frozen, drop the cubes into a blender and blend until smooth
- Add to a bowl and mix in the graham cracker crumble.
- You can enjoy immediately or put back in the freezer for later.
