Use this delicious butter on seafood, potatoes, steaks, veggies, whole chickens or turkeys – or just slathered over good bread.
Herby Coastal Butter Compound Butter
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 1 hour
- Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
- Yield: 4–6 servings 1x
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp Spiceology Coastal Butter blend
- Optional, shrimp for serving
Instructions
- Mix together all of your butter, green onions, parsley and Coastal Butter seasoning in a bowl.
- Spread butter onto a piece of parchment paper and roll into a tube. Let chill in the fridge for 1 hour to be able to slice into pieces.
- Use this butter to finish shrimp, biscuits, corn etc.
