Raspberry Chipotle Beet Hummus Recipe

- 1 cup cooked beets
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup garlic olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Spiceology Raspberry Chipotle Blend
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt, to taste
- lemon, to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place beets in a pot. Cover with water, salt and pepper. Add in 1 sprig thyme and 2 garlic cloves. Cover the pot with a lid. Place in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the beets are fork-tender.
- Blend all remaining ingredients till smooth in a food processor and season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
