Ginger Bees Knees Cocktail

Ingredients
For the Ginger Honey Syrup
- 4 ounces Water
- 4 ounces Honey
- ½ tablespoon Spiceology Ginger Root Powder
For the cocktail
- 2 ounce London Dry Gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce ginger honey syrup
Instructions
For the Ginger Honey Syrup
- In a sauce pan, bring all ingredients together to a boil for one minute. Reduce heat to medium low for 3-4 minutes (160 degrees).
- Remove from heat and fine strain.
- Let Cool entirely before use.
- Keep Refrigerated up to 1 month.
For the cocktail
- Add all ingredients and shake.
- Fine strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
