Orange Hibiscus Rum Punch Cocktail

Ingredients
For the Orange Hibiscus Simple Syrup
- 8 ounces water
- 1 cup Spiceology Turbinado Sugar
- ½ cup Spiceology Orange Peel Granules
- ½ cup Spiceology Hibiscus Flowers, Whole
For the cocktail
- 2 ounce spiced rum
- 1.5 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 0.5 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce orange hibiscus syrup
Instructions
For the Orange Hibiscus Simple Syrup
- In a sauce pan, bring all ingredients together to a boil for one minute.
- Reduce heat to medium low for 5 minutes (160 degrees).
- Remove from heat and fine strain.
- Let Cool entirely before use.
- Keep Refrigerated up to 1 month.
For the cocktail
- Add all ingredients and shake vigorously.
- Strain over ice into a tiki or Collins glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple frond and lime wheel.
