Raspberry Chipotle Mojito anyone? This tart and spicy cocktail is great on a hot summer day (or literally any other day). Cheers!
- 1.5 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Demerara syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon Raspberry Chipotle Blend
- 6--8 raspberries
- 15 mint leaves
- In shaker, muddle raspberries, Demerara syrup and Raspberry Chipotle Blend.
- Add, rum, lime and mint into shaker.
- Shake vigorously and pour over ice in highball glass.
- Garnish with raspberry, lime and mint crown.
