Smoked Paprika Salsa
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 5 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper (or green if your wanting more color)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 jalapeno
- 3–4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp Spiceology Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp of Spiceology Salt Pepper Garlic
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl add in your diced veggies, I like to do a medium dice on the tomatoes, peppers and onions for more texture. Finely slice the spring onions and small diced the jalapeno and garlic.
- Season with olive oil, smoked paprika and salt, pepper and garlic.
- Mix and let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to marry.
- Enjoy on grilled meats or vegetables or mix in with rice!
