  1. Pat each piquillo dry and set on a cutting board.
  2. Roll your gouda slices and ham slices over one another and season with Spiceology Tomatador.
  3. Take cheese/ham roll and stuff inside pepper.
  4. In a cast iron pan sear each side on medium high for 2 minutes.
  5. Plate and eat immediately.
