- 1 1/2 tablespoons Unsalted Caramel
- 1 peach, 1/2 sliced and 1/2 chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut chips
- In a small bowl combine Greek yogurt and unsalted caramel.
- In two bowls or parfait cups add a layer of chopped peaches, yogurt, coconut and lastly sliced peaches.
