

Hot Honey Pizza Twists

Ingredients

- pizza dough
- 1 cup all purpose flour, in a bowl
- 1/2 cup fontina cheese, shredded (or mozzarella)
Hot Honey Chili Sauce
- 1 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons New Belgium Hot Honey Blend
Really Ranch Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 dash tabasco
- 1 dash Worcestershire
- 2 tablespoons Spiceology Really Ranch Salt-Free Seasoning
Instructions
Hot Honey Chili Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepot and bring to a simmer. Reduce by half and cool.
Really Ranch Dip
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pizza Twists
- Preheat smoker to high heat (425-450 degrees).
- Take pizza dough and coat both sides in flour.
- Place dough on cutting board and roll out pizza dough into a rectangle shape.
- Brush Hot Honey chili sauce to coat pizza dough generously.
- Sprinkle fontina or mozzarella cheese to coat pizza dough.
- Take one side and fold it over to close the cheese into the dough.
- Slice into rectangle strips.
- Take strips and pull the dough gently and twist. Repeat for all the strips.
- Place on parchment paper on a cooking sheet.
- Brush twists with Really Ranch dip.
- Place pan in smoker for 10 minutes until cooked all the way through.
- Plate up and dip into the rest of the Really Ranch dip.
