Salt Pepper + Three Chiles Caramelized Onion Dip
- Prep Time: 30 minutes
- Cook Time: 2 hours
- Total Time: 2 hours 30 minutes

- 2 Onions, Medium Dice
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayo, Dukes
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2–3 tbsp Spiceology X The Grill Dads Salt Pepper + Three Chiles blend
Instructions
- In a sauté pan on medium high heat, melt butter and sauté and/or caramelize onions.
- Remove onions and place in refrigerator to cool.
- Once cooled mix the onions and the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with chives and serve with potato chips.
