Salt Pepper + Three Chiles Caramelized Onion Dip

Instructions

  1. In a sauté pan on medium high heat, melt butter and sauté and/or caramelize onions.
  2. Remove onions and place in refrigerator to cool.
  3. Once cooled mix the onions and the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Garnish with chives and serve with potato chips.
