About Lynette
Prior to joining Spiceology, Chef Lynette spent 14 years in baking and pastry as Executive Pastry Chef for the Santé Group (Spokane, WA), Corporate Pastry/Bakery Chef at Club Med resorts (across the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Punta Cana, and Florida), and Pastry Chef at Chef Mavro Restaurant (Honolulu, HI). Lynette is a graduate of the Art Institute of California – Los Angeles and she’s been honored to be a featured chef at The James Beard House in 2016 and nominated for Food & Wine People’s Choice Best New Pastry Chef in the Pacific Northwest in 2013. When creating recipes Lynette pulls inspiration from what is in season and enjoys using spices typically only found in savory dishes in her desserts.
