Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (150 grams, 5 ounces) greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, coconut, or your choice)
- 2 tsp (6 grams, 1/4 ounces) mango tango blend
Instructions:
1. Stir together yogurt and mango tango and let sit at least 10 minutes to hydrate spices
2. Serve with your favorite low-potassium fruit
Pro tip: Spice it up by grilling your favorite low-potassium fruit over 500 degrees F or high heat coals. Grill for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Like it spicy? Coat your favorite low-potassium fruit in a blend of 1 part mango tango, 2 parts honey granules before grilling (ie. 1 tsp mango tango, 2 tsp honey granules)
