Ingredients
-
1 side of salmon or trout
-
Spiceology X MeatEater Mermaid’s Trident seasoning, as needed
-
1/4-1/2 cup grainy mustard (we used a wine flavored one, if possible)
-
Olive oil, as needed
-
1 lemon
-
1 Tbsp, fresh dill
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 400°F.
Remove the skin off your fish if you’d like. Add olive and coat both sides, seasoning both sides liberally with Spiceology X MeatEater Mermaid’s Trident. Apply your mustard just to one side of your fish.
Place on to a pan with parchment paper. Roast your fish for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish.
Remove from the oven, squeeze half a lemon over the fish and top with fresh dill mix (dill, olive oil, lemon zest).
Serve with some mini potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts for a quick and easy weekday dinner!
