Ingredients
1 oz Olive oil
6 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 Box Spaghetti (16 Oz)
24 oz Tomato Puree
24 oz Water
3 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador blend
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Italian Parsley
Directions
Heat pan at medium-high heat with 1 oz Olive Oil until loosened.
Add 6 Cloves Garlic, Minced and 1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper to oil.
Cook until Garlic is aromatic and slightly browned.
Add 16 oz of uncooked spaghetti to pan, directly onto oil, garlic and red pepper.
Add a portion of equal parts (6 oz) tomato puree and water over uncooked pasta.
Shake 1 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador over pasta.
Let simmer for 8-10 minutes, until pasta starts to crisp against pan.
Flip pasta over and add an additional 6 oz of tomato puree, 6 oz of water.
Shake 1 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador over pasta and cook 8-10 minutes.
Repeat steps until tomato puree, water, and Tomatador are used up (about 30 minutes).
Your pasta should be hydrated, crispy and even burnt in some places.
Serve with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
