Crispy prosciutto with Smoky Honey Habanero caramelized on top meet a big ole pile of potato chips with a generous amount of Parmigiano Reggiano grated on top. This seriously addicting snack is more budget-friendly than a full charcuterie and so much fun for sharing.

Ingredients

    • Prosciutto

    • Smoky Honey Habanero Seasoning

    • Bag of Chips (Low Sodium/Salt if possible)

    • Buffalo Lemon Pepper Seasoning (optional)

    • Parmigiano Reggiano or Parmesan

      1. Preheat the oven to 350°F with the rack in the middle. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper, and place the prosciutto in a single layer on top. Sprinkle a generous amount of Smoky Honey Habanero onto your prosciutto,

      2. Cook for 6-10 minutes depending on your desired level of crunchiness. Watch those chips like a hawk! You want your prosciutto crispy but not burned.

      1. Grate a generous amount of grated Parmigiano Reggiano into a bowl. (Optional - Add a tablespoon of Buffalo Lemon Pepper to your grated cheese.)

      2. Spread your chips out in an even layer on a baking sheet. Top with grated cheese.

      3. Cook in the oven at 350° F for 10 minutes or until your cheese has reached a desired level of melty-ness.

      4. Remove chips from oven and transfer to serving platter (or serve ‘em straight from the tray). Top with crispy prosciutto. Dig in and enjoy!
