Ingredients

3-4 lbs beef roast of your liking (Sirloin Tip used here)
-
Spiceology Cowboy Crust, as needed
-
Olive oil, as needed
-
Your favorite roast sides (broccolini and baked potato used here)
-
Fleur de Sel for finishing

Cowboy Crust Compound Butter, optional
Directions
Preheat your oven to 300°F.
Seasoning your roast liberally with Spiceology Cowboy Crust on all sides.
In a medium pan, heat some olive oil to medium high heat. Sear your roast on all sides to form a nice crust.
Place roast into the oven and slow roast it until an internal temp of 125-130°F is reached, about 90 minutes (your roast with continue to cook after out of the oven).
Once your roast has rested out of the oven for 15-20 minutes, slice it against the grain of the meat.
Finish with some flaky salt and some Cowboy Crust compound butter (optional) and enjoy this perfect and easy roast beef! (Great for slicing for sandwiches the next day!)
