Ingredients

4 eggs (or how ever many devilled eggs you want to make)

2 strips of bacon, cooked and finely chopped

1 Tbsp of grainy mustard

1 Tbsp Spiceology Black & Bleu blend

1-2 tsp Spiceology Black & Bleu Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of your choice)

1/4 cup of mayonnaise

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chives, for garnish
Directions
Boil your eggs until hard boiled, around 12 minutes. Peel them and carefully cut them in half.
With your cooked yolks in a bowl and in your mayo, bacon, mustard, Spiceology Black & Bleu blend and hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix all together and let chill in the fridge.
Place your filling back into your cooked egg halves, top with chives and sprinkle more Black & Bleu blend. Enjoy these as a great appetizer for the holidays!
