This easy snack is every host's dream and is perfect for a cocktail party. It comes together in just under 15 minutes, is a crowd-favorite, and will make your entire house smell delicious. The wonderful warming spices in our Garam Masala and Tandoori Glory add layers of flavor to this nut and seed mix. And you can use whatever kind of nuts and seeds you'd like - just use raw and unroasted ones.

¼ cup Tandoori Glory

3-4 tablespoons Garam Masala

300 g / 1 ¼ cups peanuts

100 g / 2/3 cup walnuts

100 g / 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds

200 g / ¾-1 cup whole almonds

100 g / 2/3 cup pecan halves

2 tablespoons kosher salt
- Olive oil, as needed to coat nuts and seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F
- Add all of your nuts and seeds into a bowl and mix.
- Add olive oil, just enough to coat well
Add in your Tandoori Glory, Garam Marsala, and salt. Mix well.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and roast for 10-12 minutes, the nut and seed mixture will smell incredible when you open the oven.
Let cool and store in an airtight container for 1 month. Enjoy on salads, charcuterie boards or as a snack!
