Ingredients

1 Tbsp and 1 Tbsp Spiceology Garlic Junkie blend

2 cups Unsalted Pistachios

1/3 cup Flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)

16 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

1 1/2 cup Shaved Parmesan

8 oz Tillamook Shredded Sharp Cheddar

1 1/2 cup Duke's Mayo
Directions
In a food processor, combine 1 tbsp of Spiceology Garlic Junkie and pistachios. Blitz until they are a smooth fine powder. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, parmesan, Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese, Duke's Mayo, 1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley, 1/2 cup of powdered pistachios, and 1 tbsp Spiceology Garlic Junkie.
With gloves on, mix thoroughly by hand then shape into two balls.
Place remaining powdered pistachios on a large piece of parchment and spread them out evenly. Roll the balls until both are fully coated. cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Remove from the fridge 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Serve with your favorite crackers and chips.
