1 tablespoon Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken Blend
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs
- Kosher salt
- Olive oil
- Pickles (for serving)

4 tablespoons of butter

1 teaspoon hot sauce
Butter Glaze:
Directions
- Slice the chicken into slices (close to the same size).
- Add the chicken, Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken Blend, olive oil and a pinch of kosher salt to a ziplock bag and marinate in the fridge for an hour.
- If wood, soak your skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewer.
- Preheat the grill to high.
- While the grill is pre-heating, make the butter glaze by melting the butter and mixing in the other ingredients.
- Grill the chicken until done, brushing with butter glaze and flipping half way through.
- Serve with pickles and ENJOY.
