2 egg yolks

4 oz butter, melted

1-2 tsp Spiceology Prime Rib blend

1 tsp water

1 tsp lemon juice

For the Hollandaise
For the Benedict
Directions
Cook whatever meat you are using to your liking.
Toast your English muffins.
For the Hollandaise, in a container or bowl, add your egg yolks, water, lemon juice and Spiceology Prime Rib seasoning, and give a quick blend with an immersion blender. With the immersion blender still going, slowly add in your melted butter to create the emulsification. Season to taste and keep warm.
Poach your eggs to your liking either in a poaching pot or in some simmering water.
