-
Arugula

Directions
Form your ground chuck into four 4-5 oz patties, and season them with Spiceology Prime Rib seasoning, set aside.
Thinly slice your yellow onion for fried onions.
Heat your flattop grill, BBQ or frying pan to medium high heat.
Place your onions on whatever grill or pan you have and sauté them until soft and darker in color, about 15-20 minutes.
Cook your bacon to your liking.
Once your onions and bacon are cooked, place your burgers on the grill, you can press them down slightly but don’t smash them.
While your burgers are cooking, mix together your arugula with the balsamic glaze.
Toast your buns.
Once your burgers are cooked to your liking, assemble. Bun, aioli, dressed arugula, fried onion, burger patty, blue cheese, bbq sauce and bacon. Enjoy these flavor packed burgers!
