We happen to love the texture and flavor of the Ghiradelli brand here at the Spice Cave. This recipe is so easy and the hidden kick of the Spiceology Raspberry Chipotle rub will have your guests wondering what kind of magic you added. A little whipped cream, some fresh berries, and a sprinkle of shaved chocolate and it's time to devour! Make this for your sweetie for Valentine's Day or even just a date night and you'll be his/her rockstar.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Spiceology Raspberry Chipotle Spice Blend
- Chocolate Brownie Mix
- Whipped Cream
- Fresh raspberries
- Shaved Chocolate (optional)
Directions
- Prepare brownie batter as instructed on the box.
Stir in 1 tablespoon Spiceology Raspberry Chipotle Spice Blend and bake as directed on the box.
- Cool completely.
- Cut brownies into squares and layer a few pieces in the bottom of a glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and few raspberries. Repeat with another layer of brownie, whipped cream and berries. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate, if using.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 4-6 glasses.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
