You're (not-so) secret ingredient? Our Rio Grande Tex-Mex spice blend.
With big earthy flavors and the right amount of heat, this blend features cumin, Mexican oregano, New Mexico chile powder, chili flake, and more.
After a quick stint on the grill, load these tacos up with crema, guac, salsa fresca, cilantro, jalapenos - whatever you want!

- 4 4oz fish filets (we used cod)

Spiceology Rio Grande Blend
- Olive oil (we used Graza Drizzle)
- Kosher salt
- Corn tortillas
- Toppings (Choose your faves or add them all)
- Lime
- Cilantro
- Cotija cheese
- Guacamole or avocados
- Jalape�os
- Salsa
Directions
- Season the fish with salt and Spiceology Rio Grande.
- Add Olive Oil and fish to a ziplock bag and let marinate in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to med-high heat. Brush grill grates with oil and grill fish for 3-4 minutes per side. Cooking times will vary based on thickness of fish.
- Add the corn tortillas to the grill and warm for 15 seconds.
- Transfer fish to a plate and let rest a few minutes.
- Assemble tacos and ENJOY!
