Beer-battered anything and we’re in. Whip up these Smoked Garlic Jalapeno Lager Beer-Battered Artichoke Hearts at home for a perfectly-crisp-and-golden bite of fried deliciousness. Then proceed to dip those babies into whatever the heck you want - but we recommend mixing together plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chives and black pepper.
