2 tablespoons and 1 separate tablespoon Spiceology X Derek Wolf Maple Bourbon Blend

2 tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard
- 3 cans Dark Red Kidney Beans (drained)
- 1 lb Bacon (chunked)
- 1 lb Smoked Sausage (thinly sliced)

1 ½ cups White Onion (medium dice)
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes

1 tablespoon Blackstrap Molasses
- 1 cup Brown sugar
Directions
Preheat smoker to 250° F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine bacon, sausage, and diced onion. Fold in 2 tablespoons of Spiceology Maple Bourbon blend.
- Add tomatoes to the bowl and gentle mix, taking care to not smash the tomatoes.
- Transfer mix to a large seasoned cast iron skillet.
- Smoke for 45 minutes stirring once.
- Add beans and remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Increase heat on the smoker to 425° F and finish cooking for the remaining 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, serve at the cookout. You will be invited to the next cookout.
