Ingredients

4 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador blend 1 Ciabatta loaf, Halved

1 Ciabatta loaf, Halved

1 Green Heirloom Tomato

1 Red Heirloom Tomato

2 cloves Garlic, Minced

1/4 cup Olive Oil

Arugula and Microgreens for Garnish

1 Rosemary Sprig, Remove leaves
Directions
Preheat your oven to Broil at 500 degrees F.
Cut your tomatoes in half and grate the inside of the tomato into a small mixing bowl until you get to the skin.
Mix in the 2 Tbsp of Spiceology Tomatador, 2 Tbsp EVOO, and rosemary leaves with the grated tomato and stir well.
Place your ciabatta on a sheet tray and drizzle with EVOO. Place in oven and cook until golden brown/charred. Flip over and toast again.
Remove the ciabatta and spread the tomato sauce on the bread and garnish with microgreens.
