About Chef Chad White

You might recognize Chef Chad White from Bravo’s Top Chef Season 13, but there’s a lot more to this Spokane native. After cooking in the Navy and then under award-winning chefs in San Diego, White triumphantly returned to Spokane where he opened up a handful of restaurants.

At his Zona Blanca Ceviche Bar, he has received the Best New Restaurant and Chef of the Year awards for 3 years running. In 2020, Chad also received a semi-finalist nomination for a James Beard “Best Chef” – Northwest Region Award. Follow him over at @ChefChadWhite.
