Chimichurri Blend

Chimichurri is a popular condiment in South American cuisine. We've re-formulated our existing Chimichurri blend to have more of that authentic tangy/garlicky/herb taste we've come to love. Arguably one of the best meat condiments in the universe, Chimichurri excites the taste buds with a blend of herbs, garlic, onion and a "splash" of dehydrated white vinegar.

Don’t restrict this blend for beef, though! Use as a dry rub on pork, fish, vegetables, or add to soups, sauces, or even melted with butter and lathered over garlic bread!

What Is Chimichurri Blend?

This super popular condiment is used a ton in South American Cuisine. Traditionally made of parsley, garlic, vinegar, olive oil and chili flakes it has been used primarily as a condiment for grilled meats. It originates from Argentina but has since expanded across the continent and even the world.

We wanted our dry blend to be focused on the tangy, garlicky and herb robust taste the sauce has been noted for.

It can be mixed with oil and vinegar to create the classic Chimichurri sauce, or because we provide in a dry powder, it can be used in a variety of different applications.

How Our Chimichurri Blend Is Used

As stated before, the blend is traditionally used to be used as a condiment over grilled meats, beef specifically.

The fresh and slightly spicy blend pairs great with the charred flavor of any meat cooked over an open flame. Blend our spice with some oil and vinegar to create the sauce and then top over your grilled proteins for an amazing combination.

The beauty behind the dry product is that it can be used beyond a sauce application. Use it as a dry rub on pork or chicken for added depth of flavor. Add to a soup for the blend of herb and spice that will offer a great taste. Even melted into butter and lathered over bread gives you a side dish that is truly delicious.

The Flavor Behind the Blend

The parsley and chili flakes in our blend offer aroma and a kick of spice that really awakens the palette. The onion and garlic give the nutty, sharp and fresh taste that makes the Chimichurri sauce so popular. And the vinegar offers the acidity that cuts through a fatty piece of meat or brightens a recipe it is used in.

Our team spent a good amount of time on this one. We wanted to harness the fresh, tangy and slightly acidic flavor that Chimichurri has to offer and if you have never had Chimichurri before, pick this one up and use it over your next grilled steak. You will not be disappointed.
