In homage to the beloved Taco Bell menu item – Chef Ryan shows you that when a run for the border isn’t on the table – it’s easy to whip up a crunch wrap supreme (and customize it!) at home.

The beef is seasoned with our Chile Margarita Mexican Citrus blend that has a balanced heat and slight tang – keep this on the counter as your go-to taco seasoning.

Spiceology Chile Margarita Beef Crunch Wrap Supreme Recipe

Chile Margarita Beef Crunch Wrap Supreme

  • Author: Chef Ryan Wiebe
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 lbs of beef, sliced into stir fry size
  • 2 tbsp Spiceology Chile Margarita seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce per Crunchwrap
  • 23 Tbsp Pico de Gallo per Crunchwrap
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese per Crunchwrap
  • 2 tbsp guacamole
  • 12 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tostada
  • 1 burrito size (12”) tortilla
  • Optional, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Season your beef strips with Spiceology Chile Margarita seasoning. Have all of your veggies and cheese ready to go, shred your lettuce, make Pico de Gallo & Guacamole (or grab your fav pre made) and shred your cheese.
  2. Cook your beef over medium-high heat in a pan or on the grill.
  3. In a clean pan, slightly warm your large tortilla, this will make it a lot easier to form.
  4. Load up your large tortilla with your beef, veg, cheese, guac, sour cream and hot sauce if using and don’t forget your tostada. Make sure not to over fill! Carefully fold in your large tortilla, surrounding your filling until completely sealed.
  5. Place folded side down in your medium high heat pan and cook roughly 3-5 minutes per side, you can flip back and forth, making sure not to burn your Crunch Wrap and insuring your cheese is also melted.
  6. Let cool slightly and enjoy your perfect made-at-home Crunch Wrap!
