- 4–5 lb fully cooked ham
- 1⁄2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons Spiceology Black Magic Cajun Spice Rub
- 1⁄4 cup water
- Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker crock with cooking spray. Place ham in the crock.
- In a medium saucepan, add the brown sugar, apricot jam, Black Magic Spice Rub, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over the ham.
- Cook 4-6 hours on low or 6-8 hours on high, basting every hour. Serve immediately.
