Sweet, smoky, and loaded with tropical flair, this ahi tuna pineapple bowl turns a backyard fire session into a seriously impressive meal. Spiceology Maui Wowee Hawaiian Rub brings bright island-style seasoning to seared ahi tuna, balanced against a charred pineapple salsa with jalapeño heat. Serve it straight from the pineapple shell for the kind of presentation that makes people ask for the recipe before the first bite.
