Ingredients:
Biscuits
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Spiceology Smoked Maple Sriracha Blend
- 10 tablespoons cold butter cubed
- ¾ cup whole milk
Gravy
- ½ yellow onion
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon Spiceology Smoked Maple Sriracha Blend
- 1 tablespoon Spiceology Turkey Rub
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Biscuits
- To make Biscuits, mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, seasoning).
- Cube butter into appx 1 cm cubes.
- Mix butter into dry ingredients, then using a fork stir in milk.
- Place 8 scoops of dough on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for appx 20 minutes. While the biscuits are baking, make the gravy.
Gravy
- Melt butter and add onion, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add turkey, maple sriracha seasoning, turkey rub and black pepper and cook until browned.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to simmer, cook for 5 minutes.
