Ingredients:
Pizza Blend Pizza Sauce
- 28oz can whole San Marzano Tomatoes, drained
- 6oz can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ cup Spiceology Pizza Blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Andouille Hot Honey
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup Jean-Paul Bourgeois Spicy Andouille Blend
Mediterranean Infused Oil
- 1/8 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup Spiceology Mediterranean blend
- ¼ cup olive oil (yes again!)
Instructions:
Pizza Blend Pizza Sauce
- Drain tomatoes and reserve juice for whatever you want.
- Place tomatoes and remaining ingredients in a blender.
- Puree and reserve for pizza making glory.
Andouille Hot Honey
- Combine ingredients in a sauce pot and heat over medium high heat until simmering.
- Remove from heat and let sit at room temp for 2-3 hours before using.
- Best if you can let it sit overnight. Keep at room temperature for up to 2 months!
Mediterranean Infused Oil
- Combine canola oil, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and Mediterranean blend in a saute pan and heat over medium heat until the spices begin to fry.
- Cook for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
- Pour into a heat proof bowl and add the ¼ cup olive oil to stop cooking the spices. Store at room temperature for up to 2 months.
