Endless tomato summer gets the gazpacho treatment as Chef Christian puts our Tomatador Spanish-inspired Mediterranean blend to work.
Not tried Tomatador yet? The Spanish-style paprika in this blend has the perfect sweet-smoky balance that doesn’t overpower the other flavors, but it definitely shows up to play.
And while the flavor is amazing, it also brings a beautiful burnished red color to dishes alongside fresh-ground tomato powder, Greek seasoning, and Italian oregano.
Tomatador Golden Tomato Gazpacho

Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs Ripe Gold or Yellow Tomatoes
- 2 large Yellow Italian Sweet Peppers
- 2 Whole Garlic Cloves
- 1 large English Cucumber (peeled)
- 3 large Shallots 3 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar from Despana
- 2 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador
- 2 Tbsp EVOO Flat Leaf Parsley garnish
Instructions
- In a large food processor or blender, combine all ingredients minus the EVOO and blend on high until you have a smooth consistency. Slowly blend in the EVOO until smooth and it begins to thicken slightly.
- Serve chilled and garnish with a touch of EVOO.
